If you do not see your insurance company listed, please check with them to verify Western Michigan Pediatrics is in their network. You may always contact our office with questions as well.
We will ask for your insurance card at each visit. Co-pays are to be paid at the time of the visit. If is not paid at the time of service, there is a fee of $10 which will be added to your account.
We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards of Mastercard, Visa and Discover. There is a fee of $15 for insufficient fund checks.
